	You are now a Spanish Property owner, but are you aware of your obligations, tax payments, Fiscal Representation, NIE…? NIE: It is compulsory for the non-resident owner of a property, car or who has any kind of relation with the Spanish Administration (car import, tax payment, bank account…), to apply for the NIE (Spanish Identification Number).
